OxyFresh – O2 and Odour Control

OxyFresh addresses low dissolved oxygen saturation effectively and quickly.

Are the septic conditions in your facility high odour and low dissolved oxygen? These conditions most likely occur because you either have a heavy load, or the weather is heating. Address the low dissolved oxygen saturation in your aeration basin with OxyFresh. Applying this product responds to your immediate challenges by helping to adjust ORP. The aerobic bacteria in your collection system or lagoon will also see an increase in the activity of aerobic bacteria.

Chronic problems created by warmer water such as poor settling, lowered BOD removal, filament growth and/or excess sludge in your plant can be mitigated. Use OxyFresh to stop the cycle of buildup and help protect your clarifiers and lift stations from septic conditions.

How it Works

OxyFresh is an easy to apply liquid micronutrient, designed to add directly to your basin (for this product “basin” includes your hauling truck). It promotes the metabolic activity of aerobic bacteria with a specific micronutrient blend. It has the added boost of odour neutralizers to combat offensive odours. The dual action of OxyFresh will help your basin, lagoon, or settling pond recover during periods that put your system under stress. It is best to address low dissolved oxygen saturation promptly and apply during periods of hot weather and overloading – or when you notice an odour problem.

Use OxyFresh an additive for aeration ponds to address low dissolved oxygen saturation

If you want to prevent downstream odours in your system, you can apply OxyFresh in your lift station.
